My contract is with NTL, I was not consulted as to whether I wanted to change to Virgin Media, now I find that the channels I have signed up for with NTL may not be available with Virgin, all because both satelite and Cable are playing a power game, stop playing around like children, put your customers first. I and many more will change to which ever suits there requirements the best. at the moment neither are proving that they are putting customers first.
