I dumped them years ago because of their pricing policies and backdoor charges of "Pay to Watch" football matches on top of the monthly subscription.

Our family has been an NTL customer since the moment the cable went live in the ground. We're extremely disappointed by what has happened between Sky and "Virgin Media" and the blame is, in our view, firmly with the latter. We're now considering removing all but the minimum services from Virgin Media and switching our TV over to Sky. That will be 2 customers lost.
