Habitual petty criminal Michael Carroll was one of the most famous convicts to win millions on the lottery. Do you think there should be some screening of lotto winners? Should criminals be made to give some of their winnings to victims of their crimes? Or is a winner a winner, regardless of their lifestyle?

That's ridiculous.
Even with all that money he still acts like someone with none.
God since when did being a criminal become a fashion statement?
This country is so screwed up at times.
The working class always lose out.
This is just disgusting. What about the people who have devoted their life to charity? Don't you think they deserve the money a LOT more than a man like this...
has he eat all his winnings
I think everyone has a right to play in the lottery,i personally dont but whether you have/had a life of crime shouldnt matter, thats discrimination, its a free country is it not?
HE IS A BIG FAT
