What do you think about convicted criminals winning lottery money?

Habitual petty criminal Michael Carroll was one of the most famous convicts to win millions on the lottery. Do you think there should be some screening of lotto winners? Should criminals be made to give some of their winnings to victims of their crimes? Or is a winner a winner, regardless of their lifestyle?

Andrew from Sussex should take himself and his opinions out in to a field and blow their repulsive heads off with a shotgun. "Let the good law abiding people play", he simpers. You cretin, i would rather Michael Carroll won every week than let a spineless simpleton like that win even a tenner. To classify someone as a criminal just because they have dared to actually live their one and only life is sickening enough, but to suggest that they should be treated as 2nd class citizens in this or any other way is morally repugnant.
As they say round here, " give yer 'ead a shek"
