Why do all the rich people maninly win the lottery. Its a shame nature couldn't even it out so the poor people who really need it. they spend over ten pound a week on it so there chances are far higher

Just ask for a "lucky dip", a completely random selection. Any other system you use might be used by someone else, which won't affect your chances of winning, but could easily increase the number of people you have to share a jackpot with.
Anyway, the whole lottery should be re-organised and run for the benefit of it's customers, the gamblers who buy the tickets. The franchise should be assigned to the company which will return the largest percentage of the overall takings to the punters. If politicians wish to buy votes by giving money to "Good Causes", then they should take it out of the ordinary Corporation Tax that the lottery company has to pay.
A 90% return to the punters seems fair to me. 5p out of every pound goes to the real workers, the shopkeepers, which would leave an entire 5% of turnover available to pay for the accountancy and administration.
Good Causes? Honest gamblers being given their rights, that's a good cause. For every 10 million pounds we spend on tickets, give us back 9 million in prize money. Is that unreasonable?
