   care in the community is working blues brothers - FOR SOME ! see the LOATHIAN Police site too . community work is creating employment , career opportunities , promotion and churning spending around .

   the man in the shop under the ladys flat says why did noone miss her or wonder where she was........... then goes on to say that he say that HE used to see her 3/4 times a week, well. he hasnt seen her for up to five yaers, and it obviously didnt bother him, another case of everyone putting the blame on someone else and not prepared to take any blame, I would like to think that if I didnt see the person upstairs for years I would try and find out if they were ok.

   god bless the poor woman , but I was doing some research and the Edinburgh council have ironicly set up a wow awards website to compliment them on community work , all that money spent on what seems like self promotion and wallowing in activists causes whilst the very fabric of communities fall apart , how much money spent and this woman contributed to her community - christine from lincoln read the report again .
