    Incredible - no one ever queired why she wasn't seen around.
    What a sad endictment of society, no one gave a toss about a person on their own.

    Maisie from the Cattery - You are so spot on!!. He wasn't that concerned was he and the police trying to trace her family - they didn't care did they. That poor lady to die on her own and be there for so long. God bless her and may finally rest in peace.

    The florist didnt smell it cos ....well....he was a florist...surrounded by nice smelling flowers to conceal the smell of the rotting carcass
    Im surprised she didnt get a visit fom bailiffs after council tax though.

    just read report, again. But where i live we do keep an i out for our neighbours. If i am not seen for a while someone knocks on my door. altho i am not elderly. There is a disabled neighbour just a few doors away the neighbours do lookout for him. and i live in a block of flats where we do keep an eye out for each other.
