Baking Britain is set to hit record temperatures again as the country sweltered in the grip of heatwave conditions
As a child growing up in the late fifties and sixties we always had very hot summers and freezing cold winters. I can remember icecles hanging from the roof tops , also snow used to last weeks. In the summer us kids used to go swimming in the river. when the summer holidays came my friends and i would take sandwiches and go miles over country side.
The climate has always been changing,, evidently there have been the remains of trees in the deserts, also I am sure I have seen pictures of people skating on the Thames.. It does not matter what we do, us little people.. The climate will always change,
