   Tony Benn MP once said that in politicians there are weathervanes and signposts. Signposts will always point the same way whatever happens whereas weathervanes will alter direction with the flow. Thats how Jack Straw has managed above all other Labour politicians to remain the longest serving front bench member of the Labour government. Watch out for windy days Jack.

   Any right and fair minded person would be disgusted that a thief can be sent to prison for something like 3 times the length of sentence that a child murderer or killer of anyone can, and probably 6 times longer than most rapist. You take the train driver jack mills out of the equasion and the sentence would have been just the same, because it was not only money! that was stolen, it was Govt. money, and you just dont do that, stealing from Govt. or to put it correctly, the treasury, which by and large is OUR money, thats the special reserve of the MP's. Torture and murder a baby, thats OK youll do about 8 to 10 years if your unlucky. Be the cause of that childs death through neglecting your job/duty of care to it, well you dont really loose even your job, let alone be prosicuted for deriliction of duty. MonEY is god, we all worship it, and if you think keeping Biggsy in prison is showing an example to others, what example do you show the child killers and SO CALLED carer's when they let a child die on their watch.
