    The artic circles have increased in size over the last 10 years or so. I bet these leftwing do-gooders couldn't believe their luck when the whole GREEN ISSUES thing came about, its gives them an appareny excuse to take control of our lives tax and spend even more of our hard earned money on our behalf on what they think we need!!!!!
