    Pensioners die in the cold, even with winter payments. I know a pensioner who had the winter payment and splashed out on presents for Christmas for her family. Now she moans about the cold when she could have been warm. The government gave the money to help them and look what some do with it. I cannot bring myself to feel sorry for her.
    Glad shes not my relation.

    its so cold in this country - yet we have an influx of immigrants from the warmer climes ------------- can anyonme enlighten me how they manage?
