   MP says the parents are to blame.
   That is why there is the mess there is.
   These parents do not know they live outside the values we all understand and respect.
   They do not understand the rules we live by, they do not understand that seven brats by five oddballs passing by is not the way to live. They do not understand that filth and grime are not acceptable. They simply do not understand because their parents lived the same way, so did their aunts and uncles, their granny etc etc etc.
   They dont know its wrong, so how can it be their fault? Nobody has ever taught them any different.
   We need a non-teacher, non-social services non-do gooders, non-councellor, non-councillor system that will go in and sort it out.
   Hard discipline, real rules and real real punishments, that will really hurt.
   Thuis has to stop and STOP NOW.
