John from Walsall wants us to support the Social Workers who cannot see bruises and a child with a broken back!
Sorry John, but a half wit can see that - not some under trained unmarried, girl from a college with a certificate in gardening with no experience of life.
We want mature MOTHERS doing the job now, no more immature half wits on £ 110,000 a year.
thank you for your reply tom stevens
however read my post again i am not asking you to support people who couldnt see bruises and a broken back ( that was a doctor who did not pick it up ) not social services
you people think they are mirricale workers and can solve every problm they come across they are limited as to what they can do they are underfunded over streched and are bound by the law just like the s that call themselves parents that abuse and neglect children

I think they needs to be more thought to all of this as i think the childrens act 1989 and other legislation that was brought in after the butler sloth report has made it very hard to keep children in the care system as the cra 1989 puts the rights of the mother or father over the rights of the child even though we know they child may be harmed or removed from the uk we have our hands tied by the law so change the law and stop making social workers and others the wrong doers in all of this as we do a hard job with dedication but we can not keep children in care we simply do not have the room or the funding
