   This is the classic tale of a woman, in league with her boyfriends uncle, kidnapping her daughter to get the news of the world reward. The social workers should have realised this and stopped her. Just because the police seized the opportunity to earn huge amounts of overtime on the case and the news of the world grabbed the chance to increase their circulation, should not have blinded them to some thing that was obvious to everyone else.

   Stop blaming Social workers, blame the goverment there is no deterante in this country the message we all get from the goverment is rob a train get 30 years. torture, kill, neglect, sexual abuse a child and get 5 years, in some 3rd world countrys their goverment would be up in arms over that happening to one of their children/child and the person who did it would be killed.
