   It generally takes a generation to begin to form a proper perspective on a presidency. By that time most of those with a personal axe to grind have died and their biases have been exposed. That includes those commenting here. Also the policies pursued will have shown their likely long term consequences.
   At a guess I suggest that Bush will be in the top quarter of the 43 there have been so far. The most difficult judgement is to have some sense of what would have happened if the interventions in Afghanistan and Iraq had not occurred.
   Be assured that those who declared war on the USA have not changed their attitudes and want you converted, second class slaves or dead.
