    My top music myth is that Amy Whinehouse can sing and write. The music backing her horrible caterwauling sounds lifted from old 50's jazz records without the crackling.

    when skidrow played newcastle back in 1988 during the song youth gone wild i jumped down off the front row balcony not only did i get to sing the song with sebastian bach but i also went back to their hotel drank too much and the rest is a blur...

    Hmmm? from Earth isn't far off the Curly Watts thing. Some years before The Smiths formed, Johhny Marr and Andy Rourke were in a band which was fronted by Corrie's Curly Watts.
