From smash to trash

Which once great bands or artists do you think lost their edge and now belong in pop purgatory? Do you agree with our Smash or trash choices?

The Spice Girls without a doubt. They are rubbish. Two @ least can sing. one is a bad role model ( scrawny spice). Go away that's what I say.

The Spice Girls. Their new song sucks. They've definatley lost their touch, No wonder it only sold 7,000 copies world-wide.

I would Like to Know how Virgin Media's Ben Lerwill deduces the Top 10 artists Tipped for 2008. (is it just his opinion, does it say that any where on the Virgin webpage?)
Is he a credited Music critic? People believe what they read on Virgin Media and opinion is swayed, the public are led and fed..These artists must be great ..it says so on Virgin. Does anyone Question Why?
There are thousands of good /great artists on Myspace alone so why are these top ten tipped? You must have obtained copyright for the photos, so Ben Lerwill or Virgin must be in contact with the tipped artists I presume. Where am I going with this, you work it out...Cos I cant.
