Top ten greatest guitarists of all time

Eric Clapton might not have been God, as the graffiti once claimed, but it's a mark of his greatness that the large body of mediocre music he has recorded as a solo artist, the silly things he's said, and even that unfortunate beard, can't obliterate the indescribable joy of the guitar solo on Layla.
