Glastonbury festival is over for another year but the memories of mud and music will live long for many of the 177,500 punters who braved the weather. So, was the entertainment on offer worth suffering the pitiful weather for? Does the mother of all festivals maintain its spirit no matter what gets thrown at it? Share your memories.
i was at this gig it was not bad as i was right at the fount as sercurety
My first and my word it was beyond amazing.I loved everything about it
!it was full of the coolest people !had such a AMAZING TIME!highlights THE KILLERS they blew me away.fantastic.
loved it bit wet and muddy but well worth it (loved the arctics)
T in the Park is better.
It was AMAZING this year.
It has more Party atmosphere than 10 Glastonbury's. And I have been to them both.
Snow Patrol said that this is their all time fave venue - Balado.
And Pete Tonshend had high praise. last year for us Scots, too.
So maybe Glastonbury is good.
But T in the Park is much, much better.
Great all round apart from....
Jo Wiley and Zane Lowe aside, the smug narcissistic ramblings of the Beeb d.j's...
The Twang-overrated,overhyped and over the top, desperate impressions of Brown,Gallagher,Ryder &Bez, right down to "knowharrimean man".Sad.
