Band reunions: good or bad?

Band reunions: good or bad?

New Kids On The Block are rumoured to be the latest band set to reunite, joining the likes of Take That, The Spice Girls, The Police, Crowded House, Rage Against The Machine, Van Halen and The Smashing Pumpkins in announcing a comeback.

Some comeback attempts have met with indifference - All Saints, East 17 and Bananarama have all received a lukewarm critical response. Does the same fate await New Kids On The Block?

What do you think of band reformations? Who would you like to see reform? Which bands should never even think about getting back together?

Blatant Cash-ins (in some cases why not tho, e.g QUEEN, SEX PISTOLS, LED ZEPLIN, PINK FLOYD).
but what, to most, seemed like a good reason to re-ignite some spark of funnery, has quickly turned into a rotten trend!
let the dinosaurs die with dignity,,,, and ing well stay dEd!!! x
