Don't waste your money going to see 'The Spirit'. It's mind numbingly boring (I fell asleep at least four times). It hardly even raised a titter. The plot was daft, the acting poor. These big blockbusters, with their weak plots and poor CGI, just insults the viewing public and will turn people away from cinemas. Three of us went to see this film. Cost of tickets, sweets, car park, etc £37 - ridiculous. Films such as 'Eagle v Shark' are wittier, thoughtful, very entertaining and no CGI. Worst film CGI and there are many to date has got to be 'I am Legend' - laughable.

I have just seen for the second time, at the cinema, "Mamma Mia" it has got to be one of the most up beat & feel good movies ever. You just come out of the cinema feeeling like you've been on a mini holiday. Absolutely brilliant if not valliant casting & I take my hat off especially to Meryl Streep & Pierce Brosnan for absolute determination by throwing their complete heart & souls into their characters. Well done & bravo!!
