Who's your favourite film baddie?

So many films have been made classics by their evil elements. Just look at Robin Hood Prince Of Thieves (The Sheriff Of Nottingham), Austin Powers (Dr. Evil) or Rocky 4 (Ivan Drago). So who is your favourite movie baddie?

...Though I should say I tend to just select Rickman's scenes to watch and skip the rest!

Alan Rickman as the Sherif of Nottingham in the otherwise dreadful Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. Rickman is superbly menacing but engaging, and very very sexy. He makes the fim enjoyable, which is no mean feat when you consider that it starred a hopeless Costner as an American Robin Hood, a series of geographically inappropriate locations (they walk from Dover to Nottingham in less than a day and seem to go via Hadrian's Wall!) and a supporting cast of Nottingham peasants from Cornwall ("alright my lover?") Utter drivel, but Rickman's Sherif is so brilliant I actually own it on dvd...
