Think you’ve got what it takes to be a movie critic? What films do you think should win a BAFTA, Oscar or Razzie? Do you think There Will Be Blood is better than Juno and No Country For Old Men? Whatever your views on this year’s awards tell us what you think.
Having just seen Mamma Mia I am on a bit of a high!!! What a fab film. Meryl Streep is brilliant as are the rest of the actors and extras? It's not a false Hollywood film. Just a very natural entertaining musical. Definitly going to buy the DVD.
The film industry knows best and so does Virgin. Whatever they say is good enough for me...... Er... where do I collect my bung??
No surprise No country for Old Men cleaned up. Unapologetic, as random as real life and streets ahead of Atonement - which until I saw NCfOM was the best film of the year. Coens were at their best. Haven't seen There will be Blood yet.
I wish I had a spam filter on my telly.
I'm not a big fan of the nominations this year but then again i hardly seen films like country for old men and there will be blood so i don't know if the performances where good, i do hope that Atonement achieves some Oscars, Transformers does, Ratatouille and Johnny Depp in Best Actor, so lots of luck to them :), i wished the other boylein girl would have got a nomination but then again it has been released quite late for it to be deemed worthy so maybe next year, oh and i do think that Cloverfield could have been nominated in visual effects it was quite good in that area.
