   Can't say the French drivers are the worst but they are really BAD.. Go driving in France and see.
   They actually use their bumpers/fenders to park and it is common to be pushed a few inches after parking.
   Max speed 80 mph, in the wet 68 mph. They actually have 8 speed limits and a min limit of 50 on the outside lane of motorways during the day. Must be 18 to drive, 21 to hire a car.
