Going through the hoards of kids on their way to school...I keep to 20mph or less because they think nothing of just walking/running right out in front of you.

Also I used to do a two and a half hour round trip by train when I was at college in Doncaster...I remeber travelling back on a crowded train one night and had to stand near the doors...Someone had puked up in the stairwell of the door...What a real nightmare...The smell almost made me chuck-up too.

I live 10 minutes away from my school and work so I walk most places, but I had a very bad commuting experience 3 weeks ago.
I am in the last year of studying for A-levels and got permission to take a day off school and visit Bath University as I wanted to apply to it for next year.
When I arrived at the station I was told that as it was peak time a return ticket would cost £88! Why? To what end? I asked. No reason was given. I had to wait for over an hour until peak time finished and then buy an off-peak ticket (a mere £35). I arrived at the university late and had very little time to look round before I had to catch the off-peak afternoon train back home. Does anyone know why Bath is so expensive?
Leicester is the same distance away from my home town but a peak return ticket is £35 and an off-peak about £20- much more within my price range as a student trying to learn self-sufficiency.
I am all for avoiding cars that pollute the Earth, and not making my wonderful parents bow to my every whim and desire, but next visit I will certainly not be taking the train!

I'm a bus driver and being high up in the cab see alot of stupid manouvers. Motorists in general all decide to go to work at the same time. This in turn causes jams and rat race culture. We have camera's fitted to all our buses and if they showed them on TV it would make great viewing
