This year, the Vauxhall Opus takes the crown as European car of the Year, beating the Ford Fiesta by just one point. What do you think of the contest? Does it affect your buying decision? Have you driven an Opus and want to let everyone know how much it deserves to win? Don't be shy, tell us what you think.
The Vauxhall is certainly more innovative and has a better specification than the Fords and Skodas of this world and should be judged when driven. Of course it will never match German technology, as no other car manufacturer can.
British and Europe made cars are STILL light years behind the far east on reliability quality and price. Go on EU prove me wrong
about time people took notice of what vauxhall are doing these days... unfortunately, too many people are stook with the stigma of "boring" vauxhalls, but they actually stopped moa ning and took one for a drive, they would see how good they are actually are these days... this car has been a long time coming and what a great opportunity to get rid of the vectra name, another example where a great car is ruined by the thoughts of the previous models. Well done Vauxhall, this is truly an amazing car and will have the Germans running.....
Having driven one, I think its a great improvement from Vauxhall.
it is an ugly looking beast of a thing
