Traffic jams, speed cameras that clock you at 30mph, cyclists cutting you up and roadworks causing you to change your normal route. It's all enough to make the most composed driver's blood boil! What are your top hates? Tell us your views.
1 is no use of indicators! 2 is people who drive at 40 mph in the middle land of a motorway! 3 when stuck in a que of traffic what the hell is the point of just sitting their beeping your horn that real drives me so mad. 4 country roads turn you headlamps to dip when i pass you i can see nothing that includes driving with rear fog lamps on for no reason. 34 year old biker.

@ Phil. A while ago, at the end of October actually. I admitted to speeding on these forums and even admitted it was stupid of me. So don't tar everyone with the same brush.
GUILTY.........have you noticed how no-one on this forum defends any poor driving that they may consistently carry out ?
They know they are in the wrong but dare not admit it..... SELFISH COWARDS.
Merry Christmas to all those who do their best when out on the road.
Im fed up loosing my disabled parking spot that is out side my house to lazy shoppers who cant be bothered parking their cars in car parks and having to walk an extra few hundred feet to the shop's. They should be gratefull that they can walk.
I dont agree with speedng in general, however I do have a problem with drivers who drive well under the speed limit for no good or apparent reason.
This kind of driving also constitutes an offence under the road traffic act.
The offence is or can be : DRIVING WITHOUT DUE CARE AND ATTENTIon or WILFULL OBSTRUCTIon OF THE HIGHWAY.
The police will rarely prosecute for this action as it is extremly difficult to prove etc.
The type of road where this kind of driving is most prevalant is on single carriageways with a national speed limit in force, i.e the max speed allowed is 60mph.
We have all seen the idiots way in front doing 40mph in a 60mph simply because they are not in a hurry or that they have not been paying attention to the speed signs and are not sure what speed to do. This is usually the elderly or someone who is using their mobile phone.
As an ex police officer it annoys me, but I must add that I have stopped and actually reported quite a few for the offence of driving without due care and attention, so at least some officers do actually deal with these idiots..... Happy driving .....
