   In fact theres some say best way is to cycle in middle of lane so motorist dont take liberty and pass you same way they would a car ie. leaving a few foot between us. Now I always tend to ride close to kerb out of consideration for car but i wonder if it will be better to ride in middle of lane? Car drivers just think if cyclist all adopted that style riding how you all be held up? and it is our rights by law to do it so maybe you need pay more respct to cyclist whos just human being at end of the day like you.

What is it with theym if i move slightly they will just crush me. one did it just yestday and i chase him to lights was goin to have a word" but lucky for him it went green, oh well. Look car drivers it aint big or clever bein a bully is it. You realise a slight tap from a car could kill cyclist and you should think cyclists need space if they need to swerve etc. This piece of sht that pass me with about 6 inches i think did it cos he was mad i held him up for 2 secs cos i took middle of lane where they put a small traffic island. This i do to stop overtaking where theres no room.Unbelivable the dumb drivers who try to pass when theres not enugh space to do safely. So plonker replys by slicing me up when highway code says give plenty space when passing cyclists and other vunerable road users. I am not aggressive but will respond like with like you put my life at risk and always do confront them if i catch em otherwise i take reg no and ....As for cycle path I find they arent always good to ride. Many times they have bad surface and also they break you rythym for sake of a few meters so my answer to the person is that. We are entitled by law to use the road whatever so is up to the cyclist. Remember that. It is perfect legal to use the road so why complain?

   My pet hate is cyclists who use a road when a cycle lane is just a few yards to their left.
   Worthing seafront has a cycle lane but two Morons side by side on bikes held up traffic for several miles because the HGV behind could not overtake safley. JUST 6 feet to their left was the empty cycle lane. WHY ?

   Simon agree and what about these types who see you filtering then edge the car over in some insane attempt to stop our progress (asif), saddos or what. Thankfully most drivers will actually help us through but theres always a knob out there lurking lol so watch out. Take care.
