Figures suggest that Britain is the Gatso capital of Europe, do you think that these cameras are just another way to cream money from motorists? Or are they a tool for preventing fatal road accidents? According to Swindon Borough Council, they may not be the best way to make roads safer. What do you think?
More accidents and deaths are caused by dangerous driving, cameras don't pick that up, what's more dangerous...... drink driving at 20mph or travelling at 31mph?
We need more traffic police on the road.
you would think in this day and age they would put micro-chips in the cars so that when you are in a zone that says 30mph the car dose 30mph 40mph.and 70mph how easy is that and im irish.
I poke em in there eye with a sharp piece of metal, Works every time, Out of action for a week or so . Teach em to fleece me the bast*rds.
Statistics supporting the use of speed - whoops, sorry - safety cameras is not valid. The majority are there to make money.
Cash COWS every time especially with people like that clown BRUNSTROM in North Wales. brunstrom should employ his officers (NOT pcso's who are worse than useless and just con the public into thinking we can rest safely in our beds WAKE UP they are USELESS) in catching villains who rob, rape, stab and steal from us. We all hated the traffic cops but at least you could talk to them and give a valid argument why you shouldn't get a ticket and who knows it might just work. SEND ALL BEAN countERS, TARGET SETTERS, SPEED CAMERA'S AND CLOWNS LIKE BRUNSTROM WITH ConCRETE WELLIES OUT into THE ATLANTIC AND THROW EM OVERBOARD.
