   The standered of driving in this country is appaling, people are not taught to drive now-a-days, only how to pass a test. We've all had drivers pass us on the left, well over the speed limit, only to cross over dangerously in front, just to gain a few places, and how often do you see drivers who just cant be bothered to indicate a direction change, guess (where Im going drivers!) I dont suppose Im a perfect driver. But I do try. No speed cameras serve a purpose, (no speed no fine)

   NO. If you keep to the speed limit. wheres the rip off. As all motorists know, I'm one myself, SPEED KILLS. So if you don't break the law, no fines. Simple as.

   only around schools, hospitals and accident blackspots.
   all the places not favoured by the new moneypits i meant the police instead of camera signs it should say stealth tax ahead. every single camera and camera mobile should be painted dayglow pink and carry a revenue mark as this would be more honest, i have never been caught speeding because i don't speed in the town (thats not to say that i don't on track days.) the first cameras in belfast where on main roads as far from schools and hospitials as possible, oh someone tried to destroy one in so doing he / they put the lifes of innocents in danger noone should do this but and it is a big BUT thats not to say you can't vote out the goverment after first telling them about doing so,
   thousands of emails to a certain party telling them about your unhappiness/ future voting intentions will prehaps focus minds or maybe if everyone left yhere car at the side of the road not using petrol or other fuels (and paying 75% tax ) for a few weeks really will get it across like few things can that the motorist is fed up being treated as a cash cow for local or cental goverment they want people on public transport i say okay everyboby go on the buses and the trains the entire network would crash on the first day if everydriver did it or prehaps only half. motorists are not criminals but are treated as such
