    Nothing to do with congestion...If you have a Fiat Panda, Fiat 500, or any of the Hybrid cars you dont have to pay it, they obviously do not take up much room. A TAX that started as a congestion TAX and is now under the guise of another Green TAX. Strange though there are loads more buses pumping out toxic fumes round london, and the atmosphere is no cleaner. That means it is really just a TAX.

    Just another rip off, they don't give a rat's for congestion. don't forget they have to cover the £13,000 pay rise they have just given themselves..
