    con charge is just another form of legalised extortion that is being forced upon the working class the rich dont give a toss they can pay its just classed as a cost on their tax demand so costs them diddly squat

    I do not drive into London. But from what I've read. You havto pay the con charge!!. But not if you run an electric car. A hibrid car. A car run on LPG. But. If say, 100 cars drive into london. It's 100 cars that are driving into London. Regardless of what the cars are running on. If you wanto call this anything. Call it a pollution charge. A Large 4X4 is the same size. Whether it's running on LPG. Petrol or that other stuff.
