    With bus stop build outs, chicanes, road humps, two lane roads changed to one lane, 20mph zones, side roads closed off, cycle lanes in wrong places, traffic lights that are set out of synchro.
    NO WonDER every where is congested, sort that little lot out and we would not be half as congested.
    Too all the greens and do gooders out there, it's nothing to do with 'Green' more like greed, just typical Labour who think we are all as thick as they are but it is a money generating exercise.

    stealth tax, doesnt ease congestion, simply pushes traffic out to ring roads and increases congestion there, idea created by a man who couldnt drive but had a chauffuer in a congestion exempt vehicle as part of the job. Ken "the red hyprocrite" Livingstone

    like all of labours 'GREEN' issues, it has nothing to do with congestion or the environment, and everything to do with back door taxes
