The Pre-Budget Report is expected to see Value Added Tax cut from 17.5% to 15% as part of a £15 to £20 billion "fiscal stimulus" to encourage spending and spur economic growth. The Chancellor is also said to be unveiling the plan for a 45% top rate on people earning at least £150,000 a year. Will a 2.5% VAT cut make any difference to how much you spend this Xmas?
Does any recognise this question ? its about time we changed the record on nthese questions Virgin should put a bit more effort into these questions or give it up all together
My credit card company increased my limit from £1k to £2.5k last week. I won't use it because I can't afford to. I'm not surprised people get into difficulties when money is thrown at them like this.
should do what we do and save each month for xmas. done all me shopping, kids have great pressies and already got £300 towards next year. happy xmas!
no way gotta save my cash for when the government take back all the tax payers money they've lent out to all the moneymakers
