The Pre-Budget Report is expected to see Value Added Tax cut from 17.5% to 15% as part of a £15 to £20 billion "fiscal stimulus" to encourage spending and spur economic growth. The Chancellor is also said to be unveiling the plan for a 45% top rate on people earning at least £150,000 a year. Will a 2.5% VAT cut make any difference to how much you spend this Xmas?
Christmas lost all interest this year thanks to darling, brown, balls of labour and the comminist approach to keeping the law i hear that next year he may call an election because he thinks people will have forgot what a balls up hes made so fare think again brown
on our recycling letter we had today, Say's when wrapping up a present wrap it in brown paper tied with string as it's better for landfield sites, If memory serves me right is that what they use to do in the 40s as it was said. so if we all made our presents and wrapped them up like that, yes it would be cheaper, see I said we were living in a dictatorship.
