Are the supermarkets ripping us off?

Inflation is now dropping at its fastest rate for 16 years thanks to falling fuel prices. But despite this the cost of a typical shopping basket leapt to 21.3 per cent in November – adding more than £1,100 a year to family grocery bills. Are the supermarkets ripping us off by not passing on price reductions?

Inflation now dropping fastest rate for 16 years? How long have Labour been in "POWER" as they call it? Eleven years is it? Says it all to you living in the past Labour lot. You have short memories as well. I remember rubbish in the streets piled high and you could'nt bury the dead. Electric power three days out of seven. Short time working in the factories etc. Get a life and stop blaming Maggie try looking at yourselves for a change. Wake up and move on.
