The minimum wage for over 22s in the UK is £5.35 an hour. Do you think this is reasonable? What do you think is a good wage to earn and how hard would you be prepared to work for it? Should 18-21 year olds receive the same minimum wage as over 22s? Why, in the 21st century, do some women still earn less than men for doing the same job?
Oh my. A ray of starlight and a smile is all that I need.

I remember when I used to work in a fish factory, 12 hours a day, on £3.66 an hour for 12 years, just before the minumm wage was introduced lifting 72kg kits of fish up all day long, is back breaking work, eventully I transfered to the hygeine department within the company, not highly skilled, but very important within the food industry, there is this huntermenchen attitude from highly skilled tradesmen & managers, like I would never do that job in my life, you must be a little simple to do that job, lots of offensive piss taking remarks, the point I am making is this, if it wasn't for us sub humans the economy would stall because nobody else would be prepared to do it, because they think they are better than you are.Bruce Lee's philosophy ethics somes life up a trunk of tree is only as strong,as the roots benifh it, hence lower skilled jobs in the economy ie: dustbin men. manual labourers, porters, etc no offence intended to anyone.Tradesmen £12 per hour a lot less pysicley demanding work.
