    use a huge pan, put all types of veg, pulses and any meat ,let it cool put in freezer boxes ,it is cheaper then any bought tinned or frozen mael.

    Find a rubbish bin near a school, they are excellent sources of free lunches...... Mommy makes the little basket lunch, wraps it up nicely, sends s***head to school. Its not cool to go to skool wif mommys packed lunch so bin it on da way an buy da chiiiiipz an a beer at de skule.

    I Make do with what I have already got. I found getting used to simple things in life has saved me money.
    Cook my one food (without bought sauces). Walk more. Stop racing around. Say No, almost always, to the children when they want to spend.
