Are you worried about the property market?

Are you worried about the property market?

The market is set for a downturn, are you worried about your property value? Are you a first-time buyer struggling to get on the property ladder? Who do you think is to blame for the high cost of housing in the UK? What do you think will happen to the market during 2008?

Well said Rita, John's landlord's children, brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces will no doubt all be having a good old chuckle about this this strange guy called John from the Midlands. He has helped set them up for life. Any chance of John paying off my mortgage as well?

I am glad that property prices are coming down.
Why does everyone blame the government for the choices they make?
Property is a gamble. But, a house should be purchased as a home........not something to make a profit on. The sooner we all live within our means and stop trying to be so grand and rich the better life will be.

Judging by the similar spelling errors in several of the comments posted on this site, I would suspect that several of the comments are made by the same person. Sorry.....I was interested in the feelings of others on this subject but I cannot believe that so many people make the same spelling mistakes. Has anyone else noticed this?

John from East Midlands your an idiot. I think the media scare train has scrambled your thoughts. Renting is and will always be dead money you don't need intellect to see that. I bet you vote Liberal as well.
Wake up it's a real world outside.

I can't believe how stupid some people are. John from East Midlands will always just amble along filling some "greedy sods" pocket with his hard earned cash. I'm presuming you have earned this money or are you one of the many scroungers, us greedy sods have to keep. The point is even if there is negitive equity in a property there is still a chance the value will go up again. At the very least the end result is living rent or mortgage free. Anyway John, you are probably already paying a mortgage but without the benefit of actually having somthing to show for it. More fool you.
