Are you worried about the property market?

Are you worried about the property market?

The market is set for a downturn, are you worried about your property value? Are you a first-time buyer struggling to get on the property ladder? Who do you think is to blame for the high cost of housing in the UK? What do you think will happen to the market during 2008?

As I said in a previous posting houses when we got married were £2.000!! (1975) now look at them!! I blame it on all these Londoners that moved up this way, they sold a shed for £4.000 and bought a 3 bed semi for that up here gradually pushing the prices up so no local can now afford to buy. Good job it it all blows back in their faces.
They can take their chelsea tractors and bugger off back to the smoke!!

i think houses go up and down all the time.one thing to remember that the powers above also have shares in the houseing market.like petrol and desil the goverment manipulates the sales to the left buying whats left on the right.when we all have adjusted towere they want us they swing the ball again from right to left making more money for them self's.and a few year on they apply the same rules with a different game.but always the powers that be never loose there money.they dont realy care if first time buyers can join the game its better when pros only play.keep buying cause eventualy houses will remain valuable its best to have a few.so dont worry just watch if you dont wish to play
