   A very good and difficult question following 30+ years of infrastructure devastation.... It is something that could not be done over night and we must get a priorities right on whether the uk's contributions to global warming is more important than natural survival. ie no good having a cool earth and no inhabitants and vice versa.
   on that score I would look at other countries on size and population and adjust my ozone output percentage accordingly - not go it alone hoping that everyone else follows - we see the results of that policy now.....

   Oh it is better let someone lie in bed thinking I've got nothing to get up for, rather than doing something useful and feeling they want to get up.    Prevent crime by locking people up - when locked up a criminal cannot commit a crime from a public point of view. Hung murders never murdered again - but a bent policeforce has to be put in order first or a longer than 3 week delay etc etc... If someone steals food due to spending their cash on beer and drugs then no sympathy.... MP's who commit crimes would and should be dealt with very severely and assets seized, got no time for bent MP's.

   There are many ways of generating a cash flow - how many millions are being given to social landlords who have purchased houses from local councils for 6 grand and are now sitting on billions of pounds worth of property. Er hang on instead of getting 80 quid a week you are getting 30 you made your profit from cheap sales, councils get nothing I believe from Govt for rent just maintenance.
   Stopping the 750 for children, and a more realistic price of 150 - the state or taxpayer didn't father them. Before anyone cribs, what did you do b4 these luxury handouts.?
   Contraversal I realise but we are on a present day collission course for disaster and unless mild radical changes are put into place it will all end in tears..... then you will see poverty...... the governments pot is EMPTY thats why they are on the beg again.....

   Oil has come down by $50 a barrel so how much as fuel come down, not a lot, all new labour think about is were the next freebie is coming from, 96% of this Government is corrupt and the other 4% dont know how to do it.

   Is Labour any different - they maybe more refined in their ways of killing the old and infirm off by systematic starvation, and hypothermia and fear.

   I see Poles, Czechs, Pakistanis, Indians, Africans etc and they work damned hard most of them, and courteous and proud to boot, its the British damned idle sod I cant abide.
