   The energy companies are in business to make profit, which is fair enough. Consumers are so disorganised they are being taken advantage of and the blame rests with them. If they want to do something about it other than moan, go to communitypurchasing.com and put some pressure on these companies.

   I must congratulate Npower on their latest attempt to lose customers. Having increased my bills by huge amounts last year, resulting in my now being one hundred and thirty six pounds in credit, they have just increased my monthly payment again.
   What the hell is that about?
   I find it hard to believe I would be worse off by cancelling my direct debit and paying the bills on demand. At least then these GREEDY B*ST*RDS would not have the pleasure of living off the interest on my money as well as fleecing me for my Gas and Electric.

   I was right they make money and that's all they care about. Maybe we should go back to coal fires, the big pot on the fire and scout around for wells. After all this is apparantly how bad they think it will get.
