I worked for various people after leaving the forces and became very disillutioned at my employers. I set up my own cleaning company in 2005 with a business partner and became a Ltd company in Apr 06. We have 40 clients and a company car, which was all earned by hard - work and taking very little wages at the start. We got no government help but were determined to make it work. We are not earning a fortune but have 2 staff that help us and deceide if want to take a client on. I started from scratch with no business degrees etc, but life experince and determination made it work. If I can do it so can anyone. More than happy to give my limited knowledge or advice to help!!!

I am a Kleeneze distributor and team builder, I really enjoy what I do. In my opinion all you need is vision, a passion to succeed and a little investment. Are you already talking to a team builder? Can I help you?

Imagine years of working to achieve a nice house/car/life. Then sign it all away in order to set up in business. Thats what i did, and it worked. Trust your own judgement and make sure your bloody good at what you do. Next time you moan about your boss, consider what they risked/ sacrificed.

I have been looking into starting a business with Kleeneze, looks like a very good opportunity for someone with little capital. Does any one have any comments on this.

    For Simo - Cambridge
Find investors to build your team and get them to do the work for a share of the idea. This will reduce the upfront capital cost but reduce your ownership. However if done correctly can be very good long term solution. Happy to help if needed....let me know
