cashflow is everything in a small business here is some advice that may sound controversial but here goes... dont buy into the fact that the customer is king idea, who pays you late?, who screws you on price?, who constantly changes their requirements without notice? instead look after your suppliers pay on time and you will be in a position to get extended credit more discount special offers etc..remember it will be a supplier that closes you down through non payment - there are usually many more customers out there than good suppliers so choose customers carefully ditch bad ones quickly! and of course look after the good ones with your life!

ive been trying to set up my own web site called wudthiswork.com
then even or especially go to the most negative sceptical people you know bounce your idea off them and then pester them for their idea if reluctant then say so in x years and x different jobs you have never had an original idea and thought would this work?keep badgering subtley and next minute they cant be shut up.When you think the trouble trevor bayliss had with the windup radio idea anybody else is likely to struggle.Probably hundreds of neandertals came up with fire its too hot smokey dangerous raw food was good enough for my dad etc prevented its recognition and application!!!!
my idea basically is to go back to the drawing board as far as cheap environmentally friendly housing is concerned. The Inuit kalahari bushmen etc and indeed our own ancestors built round not rectangular homes cheaper more stable. It annoys me to see western aid agencies wasting thousands on tents which will only last months when for a fraction of the cost using locally sourced materials dome stuctures could provide cheap environmentally friendly housing which could both survive further environmental damage viz aftershocks flash floods etc
I am 35 yrs old & I have been intrested in being an entrepreneur since as far as I can rememmber. I have faild more than i have succeeded but i won't give up. I beleive that an entrepreneur is in your blood & that not everyone can be an entrepreneurs. I have got books on other entrepreneurs & I am reading them & I think to myself thats like me. Do anyone one else agree.
