Are we heading for a housing crash?

Are we heading for a housing crash?

House prices have fallen at the fastest rate in 12 years. Is the great housing boom finally over? And are you worried?

I hope we have a good housing crash at least then i could buy a cheaper house, the bigger the crash the better.
It's all Blair and Browns fault for allowing house prices to rise so much. They should of relieased its not good to have a booming economy based on rising house prices. If they cared they would of planned better to prevent such a thing to happen.

The problem is its greedy ba****ds like J61K, who keep the prices artificially high, they are the biggest ers, let's face it if they had not bought up every hole, then slapped a bit of paint and paper around and added a cheap cardboard MFI kitchen, then got some poor sop to part with good money to rent it. The market would still be affordable and they hopefully will be the biggest losers in this market I would like to see every 'property developer' (greedy f*****g ba****ds with mortgages up to their greedy f******g necks, whatever they say). They should all see their ill gotten gains go down the pan.

This housing crash has been talked up by the media - its a self fulfilling prophecy - you keep on about it long enough - you get what you ask for.
Personally I couldn't give a s**t I don't have a mortgage and anyone who has spent 6 times their income to get a mortgage are just pretentious f***s and deserve everything they get.
