Are we heading for a housing crash?

Are we heading for a housing crash?

House prices have fallen at the fastest rate in 12 years. Is the great housing boom finally over? And are you worried?

The sooner that properties are bought as homes and not as investments , the better. Thanks to the tories, the council houses have been taken over by investors. Not everyone earns enough to buy a house and never will.Part-buy is the BIG answer. The sooner builders and government get together to produce affordable homes the better life will be for many. There will then not be non payment of rent.

So... the housing market is on the downslide... that was predictable. What was not was the price of fuel / gas / electric / food... infact just about everything going up in price apart from wages. People are getting laid off and homes reposessed. Sounds like the early 1990's to me, except this time around we are overrun by refugees and spongers. Oh dear..... I think this time we are done for.
