You may be happy to have the boss you've got, but in an ideal world, who would you pick to replace them? An entrepreneur like Alan Sugar or Richard Branson? A political figure? Maybe even someone from the world of entertainment? Add your thoughts!
After recently watching The Restaurant on TV, my ideal boss would be Raymond Blanc. He gave kindly and constructively critical feedback, structured tasks where everyone learnt something new, and valued what a range of people had to say. He deliberated about decisions and reached the fairest outcome. He came across as a man of integrity, extremely knowldgeable about his subject, well balanced, encouraging and hardworking. So, even though I am not in the restaurant business, I would work for him any time.
Jim Kelly, only as partners though lol so i can keep tabs on where the dosh is going!
noone, best bosses are the ones you never see !!
Never give up Trying, never give up on your hopes & dreams. If it fails Try again and keep on trying it will happen. : )
My ideal boss would be someone who joins in and works as hard as me all of the time Not someone who puts him/herself above everybody else and esspecially someone who gives themself a huge payrise at the end of the year for doing pretty much the same job.
