Who would be your ideal boss?

You may be happy to have the boss you've got, but in an ideal world, who would you pick to replace them? An entrepreneur like Alan Sugar or Richard Branson? A political figure? Maybe even someone from the world of entertainment? Add your thoughts!

I will be my own boss next year.

I will always respect and listen to those that have made it. i.e Alan Sugar and those guys on Dragons den. I have a few people I know in 3D who are successful and I will be listening to them too.

I think the biggest mistake anyone can make in business is to become an arrogant know it all!

I agree with Amanda from Scotland.
Raymond Blanc was a perfect gentleman in The Restaurant
I think Richard Branson maybe good to work for also.
I enjoyed watching the apprentice, but sometimes AlanSugar could be a little harsh.
I believe, people who are in charge or
    managers,should be
    diplomatic.
