You may be happy to have the boss you've got, but in an ideal world, who would you pick to replace them? An entrepreneur like Alan Sugar or Richard Branson? A political figure? Maybe even someone from the world of entertainment? Add your thoughts!
Well, not Alan Sugar for a start - it would end up in tears, his too...and some blood! But seriously, good bosses aren't made, they are good naturally - it is a gift - they just know how to lead. So all you management speak sycophantic types that are out there thinking you are good managers, best ask your staff on a 'no holds barred' confidential chat sometime. You might be surprised as your own lack of talent. My personal choice, Chris Patton, the best Prime Minister that this country never had. That is based on pure instinct!
