my ideale boss would be, firm but fair, decent holidays and showing me apprciation, understaning of my children when they are sick or its there school play and letting me have the time off with pay, paying my travel to and frm work, supplying my breakfast, lunch, and dinner, not minding when i have a cup off tea! and just being nice all the time...
ME,i`ve been told that i am the best boss in the world,my employee gets a good wage,great bonuses,company car,8wks hols a year,time off whenever needed,strategic sickies.
Needless to say,i work for myself ALonE!
